Simple capture of proposals
All ideas and proposals can be entered and registered through a modern web application. Colleagues can add their contributions until the idea has matured to registration stage. The back office can then process and evaluate the proposals centrally. Status change, reminder and escalation notifications for overdue tasks are sent automatically. An independent controlling function can evaluate the proposal and its implementation financially. The logging engine keeps an audit trail of all workflow steps and changes. Besides an evaluation of costs and benefits the supervisor can relate a proposal to the dimensions business partner, location, product, department, profit centre, legal entity or self-defined key words. The proposer is kept up to date online automatically by the application – of course whenever his proposal is awarded he receives a special notification.
